Coordinating between the UN HAS, government, and aviation service providers in times of crisis.

Walsh led on elements of crisis management following the Asian Tsunami, during periods of social unrest in Bangkok, and after the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster. He coordinated between government, NGO, and service providers to provide aid via general aviation. Working within UN timeframes and codes of conduct, Walsh secured UN approval for several entities to become authorised suppliers.

Skills and services: Public, private partnerships, crisis and emergency response coordination, government approvals, advisory services to industry based upon government and NGO guidelines.
